Evolución histórica del colectivo LGTB: de las leyes represivas a la aprobación de la Ley 13/2005, de 1 de Julio

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo que analiza evolución histórica del colectivo de lesbianas, gays, transexuales y bisexuales se estructura en cuatro partes: la primera, corresponde a la evolución del colectivo LGTB desde el marco legislativo, durante la dictadura y la transición, analizando las leyes represivas existentes en cada momento. La segunda parte, corresponde a la labor del movimiento de liberación del colectivo LGTB, aportando unas consideraciones generales a nivel mundial, y concretándolo después en España. La tercera parte, corresponde a la Ley 13/2005, de 1 de julio, y el impacto de ésta en la sociedad desde su aprobación en el territorio español. Y por último, se señalan algunas conclusiones finales.

[EN]This work examines the historical evolution of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender is divided into four parts: the first corresponds to the evolution of the LGBT community since the legislative framework, during the dictatorship and the transition by analyzing the existing repressive laws at any time. The second part corresponds to the work of the liberation movement of the LGBT community, providing a worldwide general considerations, and concretely in Spain. The third part corresponds to the Law 13/2005, of July 1, and the impact in the society since its adoption in the Spanish territory. And finally, it offers some conclusions.
