[EN]This dataset contains raw spectral flow cytometry files (FCS format) generated in a mouse immunization and challenge study evaluating an mRNA–solid lipid nanoparticle (mRNA-SLN) vaccine candidate encoding three MHC class II T-cell epitopes from Fasciola hepatica fused to eGFP (eGFP-Fh3Tq). BALB/c mice (n = 33) were allocated into four experimental groups: Untreated (n = 9), Infection control (n = 6), eGFP (n = 9), and eGFP-Fh3Tq (n = 9). Groups eGFP and eGFP-Fh3Tq received a prime–boost immunization regimen (21 days apart) with the corresponding mRNA-SLN formulation. Peripheral blood was collected from three groups (Untreated, eGFP, and eGFP-Fh3Tq) at day 1 post-vaccination (innate panel) and day 42 post-vaccination (adaptive panel); the Infection control group was not differentiated from the Untreated group at these time points and was therefore not sampled separately. For blood panels, samples from two mice were pooled and barcoded with anti-CD45 conjugated to either PerCP or BUV496 before acquisition, yielding three FCS files per group (6 mice/group). At day 42, spleens from three mice per group (Untreated, eGFP, eGFP-Fh3Tq) were harvested for intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) after ex vivo restimulation with the synthetic peptides T14, T15, and T16, PMA/ionomycin (positive control), or left unstimulated (negative control). For ICS, individual splenocyte samples from different conditions were barcoded with anti-CD45 and combined in pairs within each acquisition tube. Where sufficient cells were available, stimulation conditions were performed in duplicate. Remaining mice were orally challenged with 7 F. hepatica metacercariae for survival and protection assessment. All samples were acquired on a Cytek Aurora 5L spectral flow cytometer equipped with five lasers (355, 405, 488, 561, 640 nm).

[EN]A self-contained R Markdown document that reproduces the quantitative synthesis of a systematic review of quantitative anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) research in Africa. It performs random-effects (DerSimonian-Laird) meta-analyses of ecological niche / species distribution model discrimination (AUC, pooled on the logit scale and back-transformed) and of adjusted odds ratios for human behavioural risk factors (pooled on the log scale), with heterogeneity (Cochran's Q, I^2, tau^2, prediction intervals), pre-specified subgroup analyses, meta-regression, sensitivity analyses and publication-bias assessment (funnel plots, Egger's test, trim-and-fill), and generates all associated figures and tables. The 33 study-level records and the behavioural odds ratios are embedded in the document, so the analysis runs from the deposited files alone. Developed for, and illustrated with, a systematic review and meta-analysis of quantitative anthrax research in Africa, and reusable as a template for other meta-analyses of model performance and observational effect sizes.

[EN]Acquired brain injuries have an important impact on the whole family system.
Families may need support and specific intervention addressing their needs. Currently,
there is no available validated instruments that assess Family Quality of Life in this
population in Spain. Thus, the objective of this study is to examine psychometric
properties of the new Family Quality of Life Scale – Acquired Brain Injury (FQoLS-
ABI) in this country. A total of 231 people who belonged to families of individuals with
ABI took part in the study (Gender: 71% women; Age: M=55.8, SD=12.6). A pilot
version with 71 items of the FQoLS-ABI was applied. For each domain, item
properties, confirmatory factor analyses, internal consistency, and Graded Response
Model (GRM) of Semejima (1969) were examined. The field-test version was reduced
to 35 items with adequate fit indices (CFI = .981-.996; TLI = .970-.993; RMSEA =
.050-.087; SRMR = .022-.040) and internal consistency indices (Cronbach’s α = .77-
.88; McDonalds’ ω = .77-.88; Guttman’s λ-2= .78-.88). According to GRM, item
discrimination parameters were moderate to very high (α i = .71-3.48), as well as the five
domains provided informative measurement across the wide range of FQoL levels,
making the scale particularly useful for identifying families with low to moderate levels
of FQoL. The FQoLS-ABI is a valid and reliable instrument. It is a useful tool for
clinical and research contexts for identifying support needs of families of individuals
with ABI.

[EN]Fluorescent carbon dots (CDs) have attracted significant interest due to their excellent
properties, making them excellent candidates for use as components in various
optoelectronic devices or even biosensors. However, the origin of their
photoluminescence is still the subject of debate, and their fabrication lacks the desired
control at the molecular level and precise structural regulation to obtain materials with
specific properties. One of the most widely used synthesis procedures is the
hydrothermal method which uses citric acid (CA) and ethylenediamine (EDA) as
reagents. Previous results show some inconsistencies in the Photoluminescent (PL)
properties of the materials obtained by this procedure and the presence of small and
highly fluorescent molecules produced in the early stages of the reaction. However, the
effect of these molecules on the PL properties of these materials is unknown. In this
work, we studied the effect of these products on the PL properties of these materials
designing experiments in which the EDA/CA molar ratio was modified. The chemical
structure of products was analyzed by 1H NMR, FTIR, Raman and X-ray photoelectron
(XPS) spectroscopies, Mass Spectrometry (MS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). To
interpret our results, we present a complex reaction mechanism with two competing
processes of polymerization and formation of small molecules, where EDA molecules
determine the predominant process. The fluorescence of these materials is dominated
by the emission of 5-oxo-1,2,2,3,5-tetrahydroimidazo [1,2-α] pyridine-7-carboxylic acid
(IPCA) monomers and two types of IPCA aggregates.

[EN]This dataset contains labeled image patches extracted from Colombian Whole Slide Images (WSIs) of conventional Papanicolaou (Pap) tests. It supports the training and validation of object detection models (e.g., YOLO) in automated cervical cytology diagnosis. The patches (640×640px JPGs) were extracted and labeled using a semi-automated pipeline combining manual annotation in QuPath and automated patch extraction and YOLO label generation via Groovy and Python scripts. A web-based expert validation interface was used to ensure label accuracy.
