<title>Raw data of Multiepitope mRNA vaccine against Fasciola hepatica confers T-cell-mediated protection in mice [Dataset]</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/10366/171872</link>
<description>[EN]This dataset contains raw spectral flow cytometry files (FCS format) generated in a mouse immunization and challenge study evaluating an mRNA–solid lipid nanoparticle (mRNA-SLN) vaccine candidate encoding three MHC class II T-cell epitopes from Fasciola hepatica fused to eGFP (eGFP-Fh3Tq). BALB/c mice (n = 33) were allocated into four experimental groups: Untreated (n = 9), Infection control (n = 6), eGFP (n = 9), and eGFP-Fh3Tq (n = 9). Groups eGFP and eGFP-Fh3Tq received a prime–boost immunization regimen (21 days apart) with the corresponding mRNA-SLN formulation. Peripheral blood was collected from three groups (Untreated, eGFP, and eGFP-Fh3Tq) at day 1 post-vaccination (innate panel) and day 42 post-vaccination (adaptive panel); the Infection control group was not differentiated from the Untreated group at these time points and was therefore not sampled separately. For blood panels, samples from two mice were pooled and barcoded with anti-CD45 conjugated to either PerCP or BUV496 before acquisition, yielding three FCS files per group (6 mice/group). At day 42, spleens from three mice per group (Untreated, eGFP, eGFP-Fh3Tq) were harvested for intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) after ex vivo restimulation with the synthetic peptides T14, T15, and T16, PMA/ionomycin (positive control), or left unstimulated (negative control). For ICS, individual splenocyte samples from different conditions were barcoded with anti-CD45 and combined in pairs within each acquisition tube. Where sufficient cells were available, stimulation conditions were performed in duplicate. Remaining mice were orally challenged with 7 F. hepatica metacercariae for survival and protection assessment. All samples were acquired on a Cytek Aurora 5L spectral flow cytometer equipped with five lasers (355, 405, 488, 561, 640 nm).

<title>Barreras y falicitadores para el empleo en familias de personas con síndrome de Down Transcripciones Grupos focales [Dataset]</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/10366/171863</link>
<description>[ES]Dataset de los grupos focales desarrollados para la investigación.&#13;
Resumen de la investigación:&#13;

<title>Reproducible R code for a systematic review and meta-analysis of anthrax model performance and human behavioural risk factors in Africa [Dataset]</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/10366/171704</link>
<description>[EN]A self-contained R Markdown document that reproduces the quantitative synthesis of a systematic review of quantitative anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) research in Africa. It performs random-effects (DerSimonian-Laird) meta-analyses of ecological niche / species distribution model discrimination (AUC, pooled on the logit scale and back-transformed) and of adjusted odds ratios for human behavioural risk factors (pooled on the log scale), with heterogeneity (Cochran's Q, I^2, tau^2, prediction intervals), pre-specified subgroup analyses, meta-regression, sensitivity analyses and publication-bias assessment (funnel plots, Egger's test, trim-and-fill), and generates all associated figures and tables. The 33 study-level records and the behavioural odds ratios are embedded in the document, so the analysis runs from the deposited files alone. Developed for, and illustrated with, a systematic review and meta-analysis of quantitative anthrax research in Africa, and reusable as a template for other meta-analyses of model performance and observational effect sizes.

<title>Systematic Review Toolkit: browser-based forms and consolidators for title/abstract screening, risk of bias, inter-rater agreement and PRISMA 2020 [Dataset]</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/10366/171703</link>
<description>[EN]A set of self-contained, offline web applications supporting the core steps of a systematic review and meta-analysis: title/abstract screening, risk-of-bias assessment with a custom seven-domain instrument, inter-rater agreement (Cohen's kappa, including a quadratic-weighted kappa for ordinal ratings) and the PRISMA 2020 checklist. Each form runs entirely in the browser, requires no installation or internet connection, and keeps all data local; reviewers export JSON files that a consolidator merges to compute agreement and consensus tables (exportable to CSV and Word). Developed for, and illustrated with, a systematic review and meta-analysis of quantitative anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) research in Africa, and reusable for other reviews.
