«Una prueba empírica que se convierte en un plan razonable». Maurice Agulhon y la historia de la sociabilidad

Abstract

[ES] El historiador francés Maurice Agulhon es considerado como el «inventor», en los años sesenta del siglo XX, de la noción de «sociabilidad» aplicada a los estudios históricos, que ha conocido una inmediata aceptación en la medida en que permitió renovar varios sectores de la historia social entonces practicada. El presente trabajo pretende acercarse a la concepción misma de la noción por Maurice Agulhon, que en varios trabajos ha ido precisando y acuñando tal noción, cuya fecundidad se puede observar aún hoy en día. [EN] The French historian Maurice Agulhon is regarded as the «father» of the apparition of the concept of «sociability», applied to the historical studies, in the Sixties of the XX century. This term obtained almost immediate acceptance because its value in order to renew several sectors of social history then practised. The present work tries to approach to the mentioned concept as it was firstly conceived by Agulhon; and to the following revisions of it which were released lately by the same French author. Fertility of those works can be still observed nowadays.
