[ES] Esta tesis doctoral sobre las reformas sanitarias y asistenciales en la ciudad de Salamanca pretende cubrir el vacío historiográfico sobre las reformas en materia asistencial y de salud pública llevadas a cabo por la monarquía borbónica en esa ciudad en la segunda mitad del siglo XVIII.

[EN] This thesis on health and welfare reforms in the city of Salamanca attempts to close the historiographical empty in health care reforms and public health conducted by the Bourbon monarchy in that city in the second half of the XVIII century.
