[EN] The detailed study of the architecture of the third millennium involves approaching to some types of buildings that live exposed to the changes that western civilization imposes. In this sense, the XXI century commercial architecture is conceived as another product that the company offers to its customers, being necessary to forward the same values of exclusivity, luxury and good taste as the other options of its catalogue. Based on these assumptions, the architect also has to try to conceive an original work, that customize him in our competitive world, that must be an exponent of contemporary sustainable constructive, that identify the building as a visual icon of the urban fabric and that ensure its survival in the memory of citizens and in the annals of architectural history. Here are some of the factors that make attractive the study of the recent commercial architecture of one of the most changing cities of the planet: Tokyo. | es_ES |
