Dinámica antrópica en El Bierzo (León) desde época romana: estudio palinológico de Castro Ventosa

<p class="Pa25" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Garamond;"><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">This paper provides an interpretation of a pollen diagram from the Roman archaeological site at Castro Ventosa (El </span><span style="color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">B</span><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">ierzo, León). </span><span style="color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">T</span><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">he diagram indicates various periods of occupation in Roman times and possibly in Medieval times. Palaeoeconomic bases, related to cereal and chestnut culture are discussed, as well as the changing impact of the pastoral activities between the two periods.</span></span>

<p class="Pa25" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Garamond;"><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond;">Este trabajo presenta el análisis palinológico emprendido en el yacimiento romano de Castro Ventosa (El </span><span style="color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond;">B</span><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond;">ierzo, León). La lectura del diagrama polínico permite per­cibir las distintas fases de ocupación del sitio en época romana y posiblemente también medieval. Se discute el cambio en las bases paleoeconómicas, relacionadas con el cultivo de cereales y castaño, entre ambos periodos, así como la incidencia de la presión pastoral.</span></span>
