Segundo descarte. Pesquisas sobre incunables con pedigrí

Abstract

[ES] Se da a conocer el único ejemplar completo de "La perfección del triunfo militar" de Alonso de Palencia, publicado en sevilla 'sine notis' en torno a 1490. Se estudian también las circunstancias bibliográficas de este volumen, que procede de la biblioteca Salvá y antes de la de Cisneros, y del otro ejemplar conocido,sin embargo incompleto. Se indentifican varios otros que se han citado pero que son ejemplares fantasmas o inexistentes, siguiendo la pesquisa del coleccionismo y de los hurtos bibliográficos de los siglos XIX y XX.

[EN] There is studied the unique complete copy of "La perfección del triunfo militar" (‘The perfection of the military triumph’) of Alonso of Palencia, published in sevilla ‘sine notis’ ca. 1490. There are studied also the bibliographical circumstances of this volume, which comes from the important Salvá’s Library and before of Cisneros’ Library, and the only other known copy, nevertheless incomplete, now at Biblioteca Nacional of Spain. There are indentified different several ‘ghost copies’ or non-existent, following the inquiry of the collecting and of the bibliographical thefts of the XIXth and XXth century.
