The Real Colegio de San Patricio de Nobles Irlandeses of Salamanca: its buildings and properties, 1592-1768

Abstract

The point of view taken focuses on the material nature of the building and dispenses with the more specific institutional aspects, but this does not prevent us from offering a quite broad perspective – especially as regards its economy – on what the life of this College was like from its foundation in 1592 until its move to the Jesuits’ building around 1770.
