Ontología del arte como metafísica de lo ordinario

Abstract

[ES] La posibilidad de definir una ontología del arte —indagando, por tanto, cuál género de cosas sería un objeto de arte— recorre dos horizontes alternativos: aquél de una metafísica prescriptiva (que remite a la reflexión de Heidegger en El Origen de la Obra de Arte, y que otorga al arte una verdad alternativa a la científica, aunque también dotada de una vigorosa actitud de apertura hacia la realidad) y aquél de una metafísica descriptiva (que se contenta —productivamente, por otra parte— con describir una obra de arte como un objeto ordinario).

[EN] The possibility of defining an ontology of art —asking, therefore, which kind of things would be a work of art— follows two alternative horizons: that of a prescriptive Metaphysics (which goes back to the reflections by Heidegger in The Origin of the Work of Art, that bestows to Art an alternative truth to the scientific truth, although also endowed with a vigorous attitude of opening to reality), and that of a descriptive Metaphysics (which is satisfied —productively, on the other hand— with describing a work of art as an ordinary object).
