Evolución política y Ordenamiento Jurídico durante la Guerra Civil: Escasez de monografías, abundancia de biografías y testimonios

Abstract

This article examines the literature relating to the organisation of the Republican State and the State in the rebel area during the Spanish Civil War. We identify in both cases the works relating to the organs of the State at the international, national and local levels. Literature concerning official repression in the Republican and rebel areas is included as well. We have also added analyses of the more relevant political events, ideological trends, main political parties and singular political groups in both areas.

Este artículo examina la bibliografía sobre la organización del Estado republicano y la del Estado en la zona rebelde durante la Guerra Civil española. En ambos casos se indican las obras relacionadas con los órganos del Estado a nivel internacional, nacional y local. Se incluye la bibliografía sobre la represión oficial en el campo republicano y rebelde. Se agrega, además, la bibliografía sobre las tendencias ideológicas en ambas zonas, los acontecimientos políticos más relevantes, los partidos y grupos políticos singulares.
