Cabañas en el desierto de lo neutro: crítica de la recusación de levinas al concepto de «habitar» en Heidegger

Abstract

The aim of the present article is to show the contradictions and internal paradoxes contained in the polemical position assumed by Levinas in reference to Heidegger’s apology of «listening of Being» as an event that favors human dwelling. In opposition to the stances held by both thinkers, we try to indicate how the opening to the neutral Being (identified by Levinas with a pagan ontological perspective) constitutes precisely the authentic dissolution of «neopagan » natural rootedness defended by Heidegger’s ontology.

El objetivo de este artículo es poner de relieve las contradicciones y paradojas internas contenidas en la postura polémica asumida por Levinas en referencia a la apología heideggeriana de la escucha del Ser como evento favorecedor del habitar humano. En oposición a las tesis sostenidas por ambos pensadores, se trata de indicar el modo en que la apertura al Ser neutro (identificado por Levinas con una perspectiva ontológica pagana) constituye precisamente la auténtica disolución del arraigo natural neopagano defendido por Heidegger.
