Gorgias: Un planteamiento ético de Platón como modelo de conducta para el hombre

Abstract

[ES] En este escrito se hace una revisión de las principales ideas desarrolladas por Platón en su diálogo filosófico Gorgias, en torno a la confrontación de dos modos diferentes de concebir la naturaleza moral del hombre y sus respectivos modelos de vida justa, como meta individual y social, de acuerdo a diferentes concepciones de la idea de justicia natural, así como de sus diferentes modos de entender el papel de la retórica y la política para conducir a la sociedad por el camino más conveniente.

[EN] In this writing is presented a review of the main ideas developed by Plato in his philosophical dialogue Gorgias, regarding the confrontation of two different ways of conceiving the moral nature of man and their respective models of righteous life, as an individual and social goal, according to different conceptions of the idea of natural justice, as well as their different ways of understanding the role of rhetoric and politics to lead society for the most convenient way.
