Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo interroga la construcción ideológica de la «literatura de migración» en su relación con las literaturas «nacionales» a través de la exploración de tres textos literarios. Los autores –todos de origen marroquí– consolidan y subvierten a la vez la construcción discursiva del «migrante». Empleamos una lectura intercultural e imagológica para reflexionar sobre la función creativa de la literatura en avanzar y subvertir las representaciones dominantes sobre la integración e inmigración en las sociedades europeas. Los textos (escritos desde contextos múltiples en Europa) también remiten a la estrecha relación hispanomarroquí y su omnipresencia en la construcción identitaria del uno y el otro.

[EN]Through a study of three literary texts, we question the ideological construction of «migration literature» in its role as «enriching complement» to «national» literatures. The authors studied (of Moroccan origin) both subvert and consolidate the discursive construct «migrant» through the use of creative/ productive stereotypes which interact with and subvert the social imaginary and dominant discursive representations. Our intercultural and imagological study therefore calls into question binary representations and interrogates the image of foreigner/native in integration and migration debates. Furthermore, the texts point to the thorny Spanish-Moroccan history and its omnipresence in the identity constructions of self and other.
