dc.description.abstractEducation and training for disabled people has acquired a growing relevance during the last decade, especially for labour integration. Disabled people represent a considerable percentage of the current population and require special education. This paper presents a competencies model to evaluate the skills of disabled people previous to their integration to working scenarios.
