El reparto de competencias entre el Gobierno federal de Estados Unidos de América y sus estados: reflexiones para una reforma constitucional en España

Abstract

In this scientific work are discussed the different ways in which a state can be organized in the present era. In addition, the distribution of powers between the Spanish government and the Autonomous Communities is discussed in depth. Likewise, the division of powers between the federal government of the United States and its states is analyzed. Both systems are contrasted with the purpose of reflecting on possible reforms in the distribution of powers of the current Spanish state created by the Spanish Constitution of 1978.

En este trabajo científico se discuten las diferentes formas en que se puede organizar un estado en la era actual. Además, se discute a profundidad la distribución de competencias entre el Gobierno español y las Comunidades Autónomas. Asimismo, se analiza el reparto de competencias entre el Gobierno federal de Estados Unidos y sus estados. Se contrastan ambos sistemas con el propósito de reflexionar sobre posibles reformas en cuanto al reparto de competencias del actual Estado español creado por la Constitución española de 1978.
