Ibn al-Jab y el Kitb A‘ml al-a‘lm: la figura de Almanzor

Abstract

This study deals with the work as political theorist of the granadian scholar Lisn al-Dn b. al-Jab through his historical work Kitb A‘ml al-a‘lm, focusing on the analysis that the granadian vizier does in this work about the figure of the ib Muammad b. Ab‘mir, Almanzor, and of his sons and successors ‘Abd al-Malik al-Muaffar and ‘Abd al-Ramn Sanchuelo

Este estudio aborda la labor como teórico de la política del sabio granadino del siglo XIV Lisn al-Dn b. al-Jab a través de su obra histórica Kit?b A‘ml al-a‘lm, prestando especial atención al análisis que el visir granadino realiza en esta obra sobre la figura del ib Muammad b. Ab‘mir, Almanzor, y de sus hijos y sucesores ‘Abd al-Malik al-Muaffar y ‘Abd al-Ramn Sanchuelo.
