La historia de vida de Shila Delargo. Análisis socio-pedagógico de un proceso de "reforma" juvenil.

Abstract

[ES] La investigación que en estas páginas se desarrolla se centra en el caso de Shila Delargo, un joven marroquí que siendo menor de edad fue detenido en España por cometer un delito contra la salud (de tráfico de estupefacientes). Como consecuencia de dicha infracción, el sistema de justicia le impuso un proceso de ‘reforma’ juvenil de dos años, que se dividió en dos medidas: la primera, internamiento en centro de régimen semiabierto y, la segunda, libertad vigilada. Finalizando esta última comenzó a trabajar en un piso tutelado de “menores” en situación de protección, al principio como monitor y después desempeñando labores de educador. Allí lleva trabajando desde entonces (hace más de una década). En la actualidad, posee una situación completamente regularizada y reside de manera permanente en la ciudad en la que trabaja. El proceso de ‘reforma’ juvenil jugó un papel importante para que el protagonista de la historia pasase de “menor infractor” a “educador de menores”. El foco de investigación se concretó, por tanto, en tratar de vislumbrar cuáles fueron las claves que contribuyeron a que aquella historia se desarrollara como lo hizo y analizarlas. Y, paralelamente, se quería conocer qué había tenido de “educativo” todo aquel proceso. Para llevar a cabo la investigación se realizó una historia de vida, que era la opción metodológica que mejor se adaptaba a las necesidades que se planteaban. En concreto, se elaboró un relato biográfico coral que permitió armar la historia de manera compleja y exhaustiva. El protagonista ofrecía la trama central y el resto de relatos e informaciones la complementaban y/o contrastaban, materializando un texto poliédrico, significativo e intersubjetivo. La biografía elaborada, además de permitirnos comprender la historia del joven Delargo, arroja luz sobre la realidad que viven los/as “menores infractores” durante los procesos de ‘reforma’, que suele ser una realidad opaca y poco estudiada desde una perspectiva pedagógica. En virtud de ello, la historia da la oportunidad de visualizar dicho proceso desde su interior, conociendo los entresijos de las distintas medidas que lo conforman, las dinámicas que en ellas se desarrollan, las estrategias pedagógicas que se ponen en juego, los objetivos que se plantean, etc. Y todo, a partir de quienes lo viven en primera persona. [EN] The research carried out in these pages focuses on the case of Shila Delargo, a young Moroccan who, being a minor, was arrested in Spain for committing a crime against health (drug trafficking). As a consequence of this infraction, the justice system imposed a two-year juvenile ‘reform’ process, which was divided into two measures: the first, a semi-open regime center and, the second, probation. Finishing the latter, he began working in a sheltered apartment of “minors” in a situation of protection, initially as a monitor and then performing the duties of an educator. There he has been working since then (more than a decade ago). Currently, he has a completely regularized situation and resides permanently in the city where he works. The process of youth reform ’played an important role for the protagonist of the story to move from“ minor offender ”to“ juvenile educator ”. The focus of research was, therefore, on trying to glimpse what were the keys that contributed to that story unfolding as it did and analyze them. And, in parallel, we wanted to know what the whole process had been "educational". To carry out the research, a life story was made, which was the methodological option that best suited the needs that were raised. Specifically, a coral biographical account was elaborated that allowed to assemble history in a complex and exhaustive way. The protagonist offered the central plot and the rest of the stories and information complemented and / or contrasted it, materializing a polyhedral text, meaningful and intersubjective. The elaborated biography, in addition to allowing us to understand the history of the young Delargo, sheds light on the reality of the “minor offenders” during the “reform” processes, which is usually an opaque reality and little studied from a pedagogical perspective. By virtue of this, history gives the opportunity to visualize this process from within, knowing the ins and outs of the different measures that make it up, the dynamics that are developed in them, the pedagogical strategies that are put into play, the objectives that are pose, etc. And all, from those who live in the first person.
