Anotaciones para estructurar una revisión sistemática

Abstract

Introducción y objetivo: El artículo de revisión ofrece al investigador y al lector información clarificadora sobre un tema concreto. La revisión bibliográfica sistemática debe estar especificada de tal forma que ha de poder ser reproducida por cualquier investigador. Objetivo: orientar a los autores de un trabajo de investigación de revisión sistemática con o sin metanálisis, en algunos aspectos organizativos prácticos. Método: Revisión narrativa. Resultados y discusión: Se revisan siete pasos para organizar el trabajo de revisión: 1- Preparar los recursos informáticos, 2- diseñar la pregunta PICO, 3- elegir las variables que se estudiarán, 4- diseñar y hacer la búsqueda bibliográfica, 5- seleccionar inicialmente los artículos, 6-selección final de artículos y 7- redactar el informe de investigación./n

Introduction and objective: The review article offers the researcher and the reader clarifying information on a specific topic. The systematic bibliographic review must be specified in such a way that it must be reproducible by any researcher. Objective: to guide the authors of a systematic review research work with or without meta-analysis, in some practical organizational aspects. Method: Narrative review. Results and discussion: Seven steps are reviewed to organize the review work: 1- Prepare the computer resources, 2- design the PICO question, 3- choose the variables to be studied, 4- design and do the bibliographic search, 5 - initially select the articles, 6-final selection of articles and 7- write the research report./n
