Una sufrida pervivencia: elementos y motivos míticos en la filosofía griega de la antigüedad

Abstract

Other aspects of historical nature, the distinction between nomos-physis, operated in the archaic Greek world, meant that socio-cultural structures will be intrinsic to the world, to be conventional and imposed to the natural order, a fact which broke the traditional mythical discourse (nature and culture) correlations, and began to distinguish between humanity and the world. Despite this twist, the myth did not disappear nor was it entirely overcome or forgotten. In this sense, the proposal offered in this work is theoretical observation of the conduct and influence of the myth in what has conceptualized as «philosophical» in Greece antiquity.

Entre otros aspectos de índole histórica, la distinción nomos-physis, operada en el mundo griego arcaico, supuso que las estructuras socio-culturales dejaran de ser intrínsecas al mundo, para ser convencionales e impuestas al orden natural, un hecho que rompió las correlaciones del tradicional discurso mítico (naturaleza-cultura), y empezó a distinguir humanidad y mundo. A pesar de este giro, el mito no desapareció ni fue enteramente superado u olvidado. En tal sentido, la propuesta que se ofrece en este trabajo es la teórica observación del proceder e influencia del mito en aquello que se ha conceptualizado como «filosófico» en la antigüedad helena.
