Sobre el poder: el poder político, la voluntad de vida, el Estado y la Constitución

Abstract

[ES]El desencanto en la política, del sistema y en lo referente al Estado y a su gobierno ha ido en incremento en las últimas décadas. Todo ello, en parte, ha sido auspiciado por el mal manejo del aparato estatal que emana de la capacidad de gobernar; en ese sentido, resulta perentorio dar cuenta que el Estado y su gobierno, la política y por ende su sistema, tienen como sustento el concepto del poder, y que éste, a su vez, encuentra su basamento en aspectos tan primigenios como es la voluntad de vida. En el siguiente ensayo se pretende dar cuenta de los elementos que constituyen esa voluntad de vida y reconocer que el poder político ha sido, es, y deberá ser considerado como un poder que posibilita e incrementa esa voluntad de vida de los miembros de una comunidad política o Estado. La importancia del consenso y libertad para materializar estas voluntades se explicitarán a través de una breve revisión literaria que forjará la base teorética del ensayo. [EN] The disenchantment with politics, the political system, the State and its government, has been increasing exponentially in recent decades. In a great measure, all this status quo, has been sponsored by the mismanagement of the State apparatus and it´s capacity to lead the government. It´s clear that the State and it´s government, and therefore politics and it´s system, is all supported by the concept of power, and hence the will of life. In the following essay, we aim to establish the main elements that constitute the will to live and recognize that the political power has always been the source of that provides tools to increase interest in the political community known as the State. A systematic literature review was conducted of studies that include consensus, freedom, constitutionalism and human rights in order developed new information that can be used for future research.
