dc.description.abstract[EN]Building and running an experiment is a complex and frequent task for psychologists and neuroscientists. Traditionally, this task has required scripting. However, recent computer tools based on graphical interfaces offer new opportunities in this field for researchers with non-programming skills. This study aims to provide a comparative overview of two of the main free open source “point and click” software packages for building and running experiments in Psychology and Neuroscience: PsychoPy and OpenSesame. Finally, recommendations for their potential use are further discussed.es_ES
