La historia del derecho y de las instituciones en las universidades de Castilla y León tras la implantación del EEES

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar cómo se enseña después de la incorporación al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES) la Historia del Derecho y de las Instituciones en las Universidades, tanto públicas como privadas, de la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla y León, es decir, analizar qué asignaturas concretas sobre nuestro pasado jurídico se incluyen y cómo se configuran en los Planes de Estudio de los distintos Grados o Dobles Grados que se imparten en ellas, determinando, entre otras, cuestiones como su contenido en créditos ECTS, su carácter formativo –de formación básica, obligatorio u optativo–, su organización temporal –anual, semestral, trimestral, etc.– y en la medida de lo posible las razones que justifican su inclusión y ubicación en esos Planes. También se pretende constatar si la conformación de estas asignaturas histórico-jurídicas en esos nuevos Planes ha supuesto una renovación en su contenido y en la delimitación espacial y cronológica de las materias explicadas [EN] The aim of this work is to study how the History of Law and Institutions is taught after the incorporation of the European Higher Education Area (EEES) in the Universities, both public and private, of the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, that is to say, to analyse which specific subjects on our legal past are included and how they are configured in the Study Plans of the different Degrees or Double Degrees that are taught in them, determining, among others, questions such as their content in ECTS credits, –their formative nature basic, compulsory or optional–, their temporal organisation –yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, etc.–, and, as far as possible, the reasons justifying their inclusion and location in these Plans. The aim is also to ascertain whether the conformation of these historical-legal subjects in these new Plans has meant a renewal in their content and in the spatial and chronological delimitation of the subjects taught
