Resumen
[EN] The objective of this work is to identify the social debate generated in Spain by the approval of the Law for the real and effective equality of trans people and for the guarantee of the rights of LGTBI people. A systematic literature review is carried out. The results analyze both the actors and arguments around the Law and its wording, as well as the role played by social networks, such as Twitter, in the formulation of the conflict, with the prevalence of discriminatory messages of hate speech. As conclusions, the main points of debate are self-determination, depathologization, the trans minors' rights, and the situation of discrimination of LGTBI people in social and work environments.
