La violencia entre cónyuges en Zamora (1750-1850)

Abstract

A través de este trabajo pretendemos acercarnos a las estrategias utilizadas por los procuradores y a la imagen que proyectaron de sus defendidos en los procesos de divorcio en los hubo violencia ejercida por alguna de las partes; cuál fue su naturaleza y los instrumentos empleados para llevarla a cabo, así como otros factores que la acompañaron y sirvieron para justificar la separación conyugal ante el los tribunales eclesiásticos.

Through this work, we intend to get closer to the strategies used by the attorneys and to the image they projected of their defended in the divorce proceedings in which there was violence exerted by one of the parties, what was its nature and the instruments used to carry it out; as well as, other factors that accompanied it and served to justify the marital separation before the ecclesiastical courts.
