Nevertheless, we must acknowledge that a quantitative confirmatory approach is prevalent across the studies in this special issue. Such evidence delivers very sound and cumulative results on previous literature that reassures us of the evident contribution of HRM and the applied modelstolead thewaytoorganizationalsuccess.
