Abstract

[EN] This paper aims to explore the role that international arbitration can play in the resolution of labour disputes between employers and workers in contest of global supply chains. Classical legal techniques to resolve international social disputes have proven to be totally insuficient. The implementation of different extra-judicial mechanisms for resolving disputes is therefore of particular relevance. The position of multinational companies and international trade union federations on this issue, as well as labour relations products based on the principle of collective autonomy, should be taken as a starting point
