Resumen
[EN]This dataset contains raw spectral flow cytometry files (FCS format) generated in a mouse immunization study evaluating an mRNA–lipid nanoparticle (mRNA-LNP) vaccine candidate encoding the Fasciola hepatica fatty-acid–binding protein (FABP). BALB/c mice (n = 6 per group) received a prime–boost immunization regimen (3 weeks apart) with either mRNA-LNP–FABP or control formulations. Peripheral blood was collected longitudinally at multiple time points post-vaccination, and spleens were harvested at study endpoint for immune profiling. Samples were acquired using a spectral flow cytometer (model, manufacturer) with a XX-color panel designed to assess innate and adaptive immune populations. Each FCS file corresponds to an individual sample (blood or spleen) and includes metadata identifying the animal ID, group, time point, and tissue of origin. The dataset enables analysis of vaccine-induced immune responses, including innate activation, T-cell differentiation, and B-cell maturation.
