Resumen
[EN] Computed tomography (CT) iodine density maps are color-coded spectral images where each voxel value represents the iodine tissue uptake, being a surrogate marker for myocardial perfusion.1,2 However, reference ranges for resting iodine concentration in the left ventricle (LV) derived from the first-pass perfusion are lacking, limiting its clinical application.
In this exploratory study (CADAMI-SPECTRAL, NCT06506071), approved by our Institutional Ethics Committee, we sought to provide normal first-pass perfusion values for dual-layer spectral CT scans and identify predictors through machine learning (ML) modelling.
