Resumen
In the Europe of the 16th century the publishing destined to female readers proliferated and started to be studied by many typographers and writers of that age. Among them, the Lateran canon from Valencia, Pedro Pablo de Ribera stand out. In his work Le glorie immortali, he exalts women’s virtues and values. The unreasonable gender prejudice will be destroyed and women will be finally considered as autonomous individuals, and not psicologically dependent on men, as the patriarchal society started in the Middle Age.
