Análisis de factores de salud mental en la mujer sometida a esterilización tubárica

Abstract

Este trabajo ha analizado diferentes factores de personalidad integrantes en la mujer que solicita esterilización tubárica como método anticonceptivo irreversible a través de los Cuestionarios de Personalidad de H.J. Eysenck y S. B.G. Eysenck (EPI), en su adaptación española (TEA) y del Test de Investigación Psicológica de J. Bernot; M.L. Dumont; P. Laurent y M.A. Philonenko (PSY), en su adaptación española (MEPSA). El diseño metodológico de esta investigación fue realizado a través de un análisis comparativo de una muestra de 100 mujeres (edad media = 35 años y 7 meses; media de años de matrimonio = 13 años y 7 meses; y media de número de hijos = 4,11) a las que se les ha realizado la esterilización tubárica como método anticonceptivo irreversible (Grupo Experimental), y una muestra de 100 mujeres (media de edad = 31 años y 3 meses; media de años de matrimonio = 8 años y 10 meses; y media de número de hijos = 2,28) que solicitan un método anticonceptivo reversible (Grupo Control). Los resultados muestran, como más sobresaliente, la ausencia de diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre ambos grupos (Experimental y de Control) con respecto a las variables de Neuroticismo (NEPI) y de Balance Psicopatológico (PSY).

This work analyzed different personality factors in the women to want tubal sterilization as irreversible birth-control methods across of the Eysenck Personality Inventory of H.J. Eysenck y S. B.G. Eysenck (EPI), in the Spanish adaptation realized by TEA Press, and the Psychological Research Test of J. Bernot; M.L. Dumont; P. Laurent and M.A. Philonenko (PSY), in the Spanish adaptation by MEPSA Press. The methodology design in this research realized across comparative analysis of a sample of 100 women, (mean age = 35 years and 7 months; mean of the children number = 4,11; and mean years of married = 13 years and 7 months), who they underwent the tubal sterilization as irreversible birth-control methods (Experimental Group), and a sample of the 100 women (mean age = 31 years and 3 months; mean of the children number = 2,28; and mean years of married = 8 years and 10 months), who they underwent reversible birth-control methods (Control Group). The results showed, as main thing, the absence of statistical significance between Experimental Group and the Control Group in respect whit the factors of Neuroticism (N-EPI) and Psychopathology Levels (PSY).
