Evaluación de la personalidad agresiva y violenta de madres maltratadoras y mujeres delincuentes

Abstract

La violencia doméstica es un modelo de conductas aprendidas coercitivas que involucran abuso físico, o amenaza. También puede incluir abuso psicológico repetido, ataque sexual, aislamiento social progresivo, castigo, intimidación y/o coerción económica. En algunas culturas a la madre no se le permite expresar sentimientos negativos, como la cólera, el resentimiento, la hostilidad, (Díaz-Guerrero, 2000) por lo que, en la educación de los hijos, los sentimientos negativos pueden ser transferidos a través del maltrato y manifestaciones de violencia y agresión. De ahí que, el objetivo del estudio fue analizar las características personalidad de este tipo de comportamientos en 150 mujeres (50 delincuentes, 50 madres maltratadoras y 50 no maltratadoras), a quienes se aplico el MMPI-2. En los resultados obtenidos mediante un análisis de varianza se observan diferencias en las escalas, que sugieren que las madres maltratadoras y delincuentes tienen menos habilidades para la interacción y menor comunicación, en comparación con las no maltratadoras, y cuando la interacción ocurre presentan menos comportamientos positivos. Las madres maltratadoras y las mujeres delincuentes establecen poco contacto social, comparadas con madres no maltratadoras. Hay factores de comportamiento en las madres maltratadoras y mujeres delincuentes que están alterados y que repercuten en comportamientos agresivos, de poco contacto y reacciones de violencia que probablemente conlleva al maltrato infantil.

The domestic violence is a model of learned coercitive behaviors, that involve physical abuse, or threat. It can also include repeated psychological abuse, sexual attack, progressive social isolation, punishment, intimidation and/or economic coercion. In some cultures the mother is not allowed to express negative feelings, as anger, resentment, hostility, (Diaz-Guerrero, 2000) so that, in the children s education, the negative feelings can be transferred through the maltreatment and manifestations of violence and aggression. For it, the objective of the study was to analyze the personality characteristics of this type of behaviors in 150 women (50 delinquent women, 50 abusive mothers and 50 non abusive mothers) to who you applies the MMPI-2. In the results, obtained by means of a variance analysis, differences they are observed in the scales that suggest that the abusive mothers and criminals have less ability for the interaction and less communication, in comparison with the non abusive mothers, and when the interaction happens, they present less positive behaviors. The abusive mothers and the delinquent women establish little social contact, compared with non abusive mothers. There are behavior factors in the abusive mothers and delinquents women that are altered and that rebound in aggressive behaviors, of little contact and reactions of violence which probably it takes to the child abuse.
