Abstract

Las instituciones escolares han de proyectar su estilo fuera de su propio recinto con eficacia para así llegar a todos los ámbitos comunitarios. Eso requiere, a su vez, de nuevos profesionales del aprendizaje, con un papel y un estatus redefinidos. Los profesionales de la educación deberán reorientar sus objetivos en función de la cultura circundante, así como sus procedimientos y técnicas. Necesitan cambiar su manera de trabajar, tanto individual como grupalmente, su relación con la organización del centro, y de la manera de acceder a la información que se necesite. Los niños y los jóvenes requieren una mejor preparación y alternativa para hacer frente a los cambios que habrán de conocer a lo largo de su formación y su vida profesional.

The educational institutions has to plan their training projects outside of their own area with the necessary efficiency to reach all the possible fields. This means that the new teachers with a redefined role and status are required. The teachers will change their objectives according to the surrounding culture as their methods and skills. The teachers need to change their way of working, individual and collectively, their relationship with the school and their way to get the information that it is needed. Children and young people require a better training and options to face up to the changes, which they will live throughout their training and professional, live.
