A emoção no mundo virtual - novas subjetividades... novos distúrbios psicológicos... um estudo baseado em conceitos de Pierre Lévy

Abstract

Este artículo se acerca de la emoción humana en el mundo virtual. Estudiamos la distincióntenue entre el placer en el uso de la Internet y la apariencia de perturbaciones psicológicas,como compulsiones y fobias, por ejemplo. En la primera parte del texto presentamosestudios recientes del tema, de Kimberly S. Young y de Viktor Brenner. Aposcaracterizamos el Info Adicction Disorder (IAD), los síntomas más frecuentes en lafamilia, académicos y profesionales - y la controversia existente sobre la existencia o node tal síndrome. Al final discutimos dos conceptos de Lévy - los cuatro tipos de personalidadesen el ciberespacio y la inteligencia colectiva - esa muestra un más el visiónmás optimista la relación hombre - tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC).Aunque todavía poco estudió y hasta cuestionada por muchos, hay indicaciones seriasque el Info Adicction Disorder es una realidad en este siglo.

This article approaches the human emotion in the virtual world. We studied the tenuousdistinction among the pleasure in the use of the Internet and the appearance of psychologicaldisturbances, under the form of compulsions and phobias, for instance. In thefirst part of the text we presented some recent study relative to the theme, of KimberlyS. Young and of Viktor Brenner. To proceed we characterized the Info Adicction Disorder(IAD), the most frequent symptoms - family, academic and professionals - and theexistent controversy as the existence or not of such syndrome. At the end we discussedtwo concepts of Lévy - the four manners of being in the cyberspace and the collectiveintelligence - that show a more optimist vision with the man - technologies of informationand communication (TIC) relationship. Although still little studied and until questionedby many, there are serious indications that the Info Adicction Disorder is a realityon this century.
