Abstract

[ES] Las implicaciones de la interpretación suareciana de la metafísica como ontología (esencia y naturaleza del ente) podrían conferir a sus planteamientos el carácter de mayor centro de referencia para la metafísica anterior y posterior a él. Su exposición de la ratio ontologica y el depositum fidei desempeña en ello un papel fundamental en tanto constituye un verdadero círculo hermenéutico en el que coinciden las tareas y los problemas de la metafísica y la teología.

[EN] The implications of Suarez's interpretation of metaphysics as an ontology (the essence and nature of the being) might make his exposition the main point of reference for the previous and the following metaphysics. His explanation of the ratio ontologica and depositum fidei plays a fundamental role since it constitutes a true hermeneutic circle in which the tasks and the problems of metaphysics and theology agree.
