Espacio y Segunda Enseñanza en España. Estudio de un instituto salmantino de Enseñanza Secundaria

Abstract

[ES] El presente artículo trata de reflejar la relevancia del espacio educativo en el curriculum educativo en general y, en especial, en su relación con la Segunda Enseñanza, puesto que ambas constituyen áreas de análisis escasamente estudiadas dentro del ámbito de la Historia de la Educación en España. Estas líneas ofrecen un ejemplo particular de investigación en un Instituto de Enseñanza Secundaria de Salamanca para demostrar la importancia de esta relación, analizar su evolución histórica y comprobar el estado actual de la cuestión, manifiestamente superior a la degradante situación propia de los inicios del siglo XX.

[EN] The present paper tries to reflect the general importance of the educational environment in the educational curriculum and particularly, in its relation with Secondary Education, given that they are two areas of análisis which have been studied very little within the context of the History of Education in Spain. This article is offers a particular example of research in a Salamanca Secondary Education School, with a view to demonstrating the importance of this relationship, its historical evolution and to check the current state of the question, manifestly better than the degrading educational environment typical of the early beginning of the Twentieth Century.
