Educación intercultural, currículo y acción tutorial

Abstract

[ES] La coexistencia en el aula de grupos culturales diferentes, es hoy día una realidad. Los sucesivos programas de integración escolar han facilitado esta realidad. Sin embargo, se olvida con demasiada frecuencia que las minorías culturales no se asimilan con relativa frecuencia a las culturas dominantes. La integración es un proceso progresivo que requiere una estructuración gradual que implica la planificación de las actuaciones y la cooperación y la colaboración suficiente de los agentes implicados en la educación del alumno. Es por ello que el nuevo currículo propone una educación integral y personalizada en la que la figura del profesor y del tutor no deben ni pueden desligarse. Para ello pone en mano del profesor una serie de mecanismos curriculares que posibilitan una acción tutorial y docente como única acción de orientación individual y grupal. Esos mecanismos son las adaptaciones curriculares, los contenidos del ámbito afectivo y los temas trasversales. Todos ellos posibilitan el desarrollo unitario de una planificación conjunta de la acción docente y tutorial propia de una verdadera educación intercultural.

[EN] The coexistence in the classroom of different cultural groups is now a reality. Consecutive school integration programs have paved the way to this reality. However, it is too often forgotten that the assimilation of cultural minorities to the predominant cultures is not a very frequent occurrence. Integration is a progressive process which requires gradual structuring that entails a plan of action and the adequate cooperation and collaboration of the agents involved in the student's education. Henee the new curriculum proposes an integral and personalized education in which the figure of the teacher and that of the tutor should not and cannot be separated. Thus the teacher is provided with a series of curricular mechanisms that make the tutorial and teaching action possible as the only action of individual and group orientation. These mechanisms are curricular adaptations, the content of the affective environment and transversal topics. All of these facilitate the unitarian development of a joint plan of teaching and tutorial action proper to a truly intercultural education.

[FR] La coexistence de différents groupes culturéis dans la classe est actuellement une réalité rendue possible gráce aux succéssifs programmes d'intégration scolaire. Or on oublie assez souvent que les minorités culturelles ne s'assimilent que rarement aux cultures dominantes. L'intégration est un processus progressif qui requiert une structuration graduelle impliquant la planification des interventions et une suffisante coopération et collaboration des agents engagés dans l'éducation de l'éléve. C'est pour cette raison que le nouveau curriculum propose une education intégrale et personnalisée oú la figure du maítre et du tuteur no peuvent pas étre dissociées. Dans ce but, le maítre dispose d'une serie de mécnismes curriculaires qui rendent possible une action de monitorat et d'enseignement comme unique action d'orientation individuelle et du groupe. Ces mécanismes sont les adaptations curriculaires, les contenus du domaine affectif et les thémes transversaux. Tous rendent possible le développement unitaire d'une planification conjointe de l'action d'enseignement et de monitorat propre a une education interculturelle.
