Cómo ven los profesores de distintas titulaciones las condiciones profesionales de la universidad de Sevilla: el análisis de correspondencias múltiples

Abstract

[ES] El profesorado universitario debe atender a tres funciones representativas de esta profesión: la docencia, la investigación y la gestión. El trabajo que presentamos pretende indagar en estas responsabilidades, asi como en las limitaciones y preocupaciones en torno a las condiciones profesionales del profesorado de la Universidad de Sevilla. El cuestionario es utilizado como técnica de recogida de información. La opinión de profesores con experiencia y profesores principiantes conforma el eje fundamental de este trabajo. El análisis de datos y los resultados procedentes del mismo son presentados en este estudio.

[EN] The faculty must attend to three representative functions of this profession: the teaching, the research and the management. The work that we present intends to investígate in these responsibilities, as well as in the limitations and preoccupations in connection with the professional conditions of the faculty of the University of Seville. The questionnaire is used as strategies of withdrawal of information. The belief of teachers with experience and beginning teachers certifies the fundamental shaft of this work. The analysis of data and the results originating from the same are presented in this study. RESUME: Les professeur universitaire s'occupent de trois fonction: l'enseignant, la rechercher et la gestión. Notre travail recherche dans celle-ci responsabilitées, et aussi dans les limitations et préoccupation de les professeurs de l'université de Seville. Le questionnarie est utilisé comme technique pour récoletér information. L'opinion des professeurs avec expériences et les professeurs débutants son l'axe principal de notre travail. L'analyse des note et les résultats deérivé sont presenté ici.
