Abstract

[ES] El artículo presenta un comentario bibliográfico sobre obras recientes que estudian las instituciones de gobierno y justicia de la Monarquía hispánica durante la Edad Moderna, tanto a nivel central (Consejos) como territorial (Audiencias y Cnancillerías), con atención especial a la composición social y humana de los tribunales y a su posición en la sociedad estamental.

[EN] The paper is a bibliographical comment on books who study the institutions of government and justice in the Spanish Monarchy in the early modern times, on the central government (council) as well as territorial (chanceries, and Audiences), specially dealing with the membership of the courts and the relation to the social groupe.
