dc.description.abstract	[EN] The analysis of the 1590' is divided into three parts: an investigation of demands to the Cámara de Castilla in order to analyse the phenomena of continuity; a study of how in the '90s, times of crisis lack of solidarity and locust plagues are faught against; finally, how any absurd disidence is exemplary dealt with in times of political crisis.	es_ES
