Volumen global y significación del tráfico marítimo mediterráneo en los siglos V-IV a.C.

Abstract

[ES] Tras realizar un repaso convencional de la secuencia material basándonos en el estudio vertical de yacimientos costeros, pecios y cartas arqueológicas del Mediterráneo durante los siglos V-IV a.C, este trabajo trata de presentar un modelo alternativo de estudio. Éste pretende la consideración de estos datos a un nivel horizontal con el fin de avanzar en la caracterización de las distintas líneas del tráfico marítimo en estos años, especialmente su intensidad y frecuencia, así como la distinta evolución del Mediterráneo occidental y oriental y la participación porcentual de cada polis en los fletes comerciales identificados.

[EN] After a standard review of the material sequence and upon a vertical study of some coastal fields, shipwrecks and archaeological charts in the Mediterranean Sea from the 5th to the 4th centuries b.C, this work tries to develop an alternative pattern of study.
