Las representaciones de alabardas en los grabados rupestres gallegos

Abstract

[ES] Se estudian en este trabajo las representaciones de alabardas localizadas hasta el presente en los grabados rupestres gallegos de la Edad del Bronce. El autor comienza analizando la diferente tipología de las alabardas de la Península Ibérica, pasando luego a describir los seis complejos de arte rupestre (Castriño de Conxo, Primadorno I, Xan de Deus, Montecelo, Laxe da Chan y Poza da Lagoa) en los que se han localizado representaciones de este tipo de arma; a continuación describe diferentes paralelos en las estelas portuguesas y en los grabados rupestres alpinos y norteafricanos, para finalizar estableciendo los caracteres tipológicos de las alabardas representadas en los grabados rupesttes gallegos, clasifincado las más claras como ejemplares del tipo Carrapatas o Nortportugués, característico de la Primera Edad del Bronce y con evidentes relaciones con las Islas Británicas.

[EN] In this work are studied the representations of halberds localized until now in the Galicia's rock carvings of the Bronze-age. The author begins by analyzing the different typology of the halberds of the Ibetic Peninsula; he passes later to describe the six main complexes of prehistoric art (Castriño de Conxo, Primadorno L, Xan de Deus, Montecelo, Laxe da Chan and Poza da Lagoa) where has been localized representations of that kind of weapon; later on, he describes the différents parallels with the steles of Portugal and with the rock carvings of the Alps and north Africa, and he finishs by describing the typological characters of the halberds represented in the Galicia's rock carvings, and he classified the ones perfect as examples of the type «Carrapatas» or «Nortportugués», that is characteristic of the early bronze-age and it has great relations with the Btitish Isles.
