El problema de la formación en la enseñanza universitaria en su dimensión docente, tutorial y organizativa

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este artículo es efectuar una revisión sobre el problema de la formación en la enseñanza universitaria considerando las dimensiones docentes, tutoriales y organizativas que forman parte de la enseñanza universitaria. Se comienza el artículo con una reflexión sobre la cultura educativa que nos permite llegar a pensar sobre qué significa ser profesor en la universidad actual. Posteriormente pasamos a analizar cómo se realiza la formación del profesorado y proponer algunos aspectos relativos a las tutorías y la organización que debe realizar el profesorado y para las cuales también se requiere de una formación.

[EN] The main goal of this article is to make a revision about the problem of the training in higher education, taking into account the dimensions of teaching, tutorial and organisation that are part of the higher education. We start the article with a reflection about the educational culture as a base to think about what is the meaning of being professor at the current university. Later, we will analyse how the training is organise in this educational level and we propose some consideration about the tutorial function and the organisation that has to be make by the teachers, considering that these functions needs a process of training.
