Abstract

[ES] Fabián Repetto intenta en este artículo reflexionar en torno a los cambios que América Latina ha experimentado en las dos últimas décadas. Trata de combinar el análisis de cuatro dimensiones: la apertura a la globalización económica, la transición y consolidación democrática, la reforma del Estado y la transformación de la estructura social. Aunque sus reflexiones tienen un carácter global, toma como punto de referencia el caso argentino.

[EN] Fabián Repetto tries, in this article, to think about the changes that Latin America has suffered along the past two decades. He tries to combine the analysis of four dimensions: the openess toward the economical globalization, the transition and consolidation of democracy, the reform of the state and the social structure transformation. Although his reflections have a global view, he uses the Argentinian case as point of reference.
