Las relaciones entre Estado y sociedad en el Perú: desestructuración sin reestructuración. Un ensayo bibliográfico

Abstract

[ES] El autor reflexiona acerca de las relaciones entre el Estado y la sociedad en el Perú a través de las distintas «fracturas» que se dieron desde el velasquismo hasta el fujimorismo, pasando por la dinámica movimientista de la década de los ochenta. Parte de la hipótesis de que sí ha habido ruptura con el orden oligárquico, aunque ello no ha significado el surgimiento de una nueva alternativa debido a las sucesivas crisis económicas y políticas. El resultado final es una profunda crisis de legitimidad del Estado y, consiguientemente, la dificultad de construir un nuevo orden político, económico y social.

[EN] The author reflects on the relations between the State and the society in Peru in relation to the distinct «fractures» that were evident between Velasquismo and Fujimorismo, and passing through the dynamic of movementism in the decade of the 1980s. It starts with the hypothesis that there has been a rupture in the oligarchic order, although that has not meant the creation of a new alternative, owing to the successive economic and political crisis. The final result is a profound legitimacy crisis of the State, and consequently, the difficulty in constructing a new political, economic, and social order.
