Mecanismos de control sobre la seguridad privada en el Brasil

Abstract

[ES] El presente artículo sistematiza los mecanismos de control sobre la seguridad privada en el Brasil, ya sean éstos legales, institucionales o externos. La sistematización permite evaluar la organización de la estructura de reglamentación y fiscalización, así como la regularización de la prestación de estos servicios. Al final del artículo se dan algunas sugerencias para el perfeccionamiento de ese sistema.

[EN] This article systematizes the control mechanisms on the private security in Brazil – the legal as well as the institutional and the external ones. That systematization enables to evaluate the organization of the structure of regulation and fiscalization, as well as the regularization of the provision of these services. At the end of the paper, some suggestions are proposed for the improvement of that system.
