Incolae contributi y la Lex Ursonensis

Abstract

RESUMEN: La expresión incolae contributi presente en el cap. 103 de la lex Ursonensis posiblemente esté haciendo referencia al grupo formado por población indígena que Roma incorpora a sus fundaciones coloniales tras haber confiscado sus tierras y extinguido jurídica y administrativamente su antigua ciudadanía. Por otro lado su presencia en la ley no asegura su existencia en Urso puesto que puede tratarse de una cláusula legal extraída de alguna de las colonias deducidas en Italia o en la Galia Cisalpina.

ABSTRACT: This paper deals with two aspects concerning the incolae contributi. So this expression may be refer to a settlement of native population that remained peregrine in Roman colonies. On the other hand, neither can we reject that this expression may be a legal clause taken out from charters of Italian or Cisalpine colonies reissued at need. This would explain too the presence in the law of some archaism.
