dc.description.abstract	RESUMEN: Verificando la correspondencia existente entre el cap. 102 de la lex Ursonensis y las reglas procesuales introducidas por la lex Pompeia del año 52 a.C. (Ascon. 36 Stangl = 39 Clark), el A. toma en consideración el iudicium mencionado en el cap. 95 y, haciendo referencia a una perspectiva cronológica, presenta una hipótesis nueva acerca de la relación entre quaestio y multae petitio.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT: Looking at the concordances between the lex Ursonensis (cap. 102) and the procedure settled by the lex Pompeia of 52 B.C. (Ascon. 36 Stangl = 39 Clark, Tac, Dial. 38), the A. takes into consideration the iudicium, of the capl 95 and, according to a cronological approach to the text, suggests a new hypothesis about the relationship of quaestio and multae petitio.
