dc.description.abstract	[ES] Pasión de los fuertes (1946) de John Ford y Duelo de titanes (1957) de John Sturges, contando historias muy distintas, convergen en el famoso duelo en el O.K. Corral. Ambas películas muestran la tuberculosis pulmonar de “Doc” Holliday, su principal coprotagonista. La presentan como un cuadro progresivo y de mal pronóstico que se manifiesta por tos, habitualmente en ataques.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	[EN] My Darling Clementine (1946), directed by John Ford, and Gunfight at the OK Corral (1957), directed by John Sturges, narrate two different stories that converge on the famous duel that was fought in the OK Corral. Both movies reflect the pulmonary tuberculosis of “Doc” Holliday, its main co-star. The illness is presented as a progressive clinical condition of bad prognosis, mainly manifested by cough, and usually as recurring episodes of dry cough.
