Abstract

[ES] En esta Tesis se ha Investigado el efecto del RA sobre la expresión de p27 y Skp2 en células de neuroblastoma humano, se ha Estudiado la función de la E3 ubiquitina ligasa APC/C-Cdh1 en los efectos antiproliferativos y neurogénicos del RA y se ha Dilucidado los mecanismos que regulan la actividad de APC/C-Cdh1 durante la diferenciación neuronal.

[EN] This thesis investigated the effect of RA on the expression of p27 and Skp2 in the human neuroblastoma cells, we studied the role of the E3 ubiquitin ligase APC/C-Cdh1 in proliferative and neurogenic effects of RA and has been elucidated the mechanisms that regulate the activity of APC/C-Cdh1 during neuronal differentiation.
